How to display your Blog posts into Facebook & Twitter

If you are active on several Social Media, you'd agree how cumbersome it sometimes gets to update them all, especially when there is a single post that needs to be shared across multiple social media platforms.
Wherever you can, automate!

In this post, I'll help you realize the 2 following automations:
1. Import from any external Blog into Facebook
2. Export from Facebook to Twitter

So, at the end of this post, you'll be able to post an article on your Blog which will automatically start to appear on your Facebook account or page. And whatever you post on your Facebook account or page (including the imported Blog posts) will automatically start appearing on your Twitter account.

Import from any external Blog into Facebook

a. Log into Facebook account that needs to display posts from the Blog automatically.
b. In the Facebook Search box on top, type Notes. Choose My Notes OR
On a Facebook page, go to Edit Page -> Apps -> Notes -> Go to Application
c. On the bottom-left, click on Edit import settings
d. In the Web URL field, enter the feed / RSS URL of your blog
    e.g. http://www.eventeve.com/blogs/feed
e. Check the box corresponding to:
"By entering a URL, you represent that you have the right to permit..."
f. Click on the button Start Importing
g. A preview of the Imported Blog will be displayed. Confirm to start importing.

All Blog posts will appear in the Notes Tab of your Facebook account / page. Any new post on the Blog will automatically start appearing in Notes and Wall tab of your Facebook account / page, sometimes instantly, sometimes within a day.

To Stop Importing from a Blog, go to My Notes -> Edit import settings. Click on Stop Importing.
